<br /> may include the right to recei�e certa�n dis�losures,to request and obtain cancellati�n af the
<br /> Mortgage Insurance,t�ha�e the Mor�gage Insurance terminated aut�matically,andlor to recei�e
<br /> a refund�f any Mortgage Insurance premiums that were unearned at the time of such

<br /> 1'I. Assignmentof INliscellaneousPr�ceeds;Forfeiture.All M�sce��aneous PraCee�ls are hereby assigned to

<br /> If the Property is�a.maged, such M�scellaneous Proceeds shall be app�ied to res�oration or repair of the
<br /> Prvperty, if the restarat�on or repair is economically feasible and Lender's seeurity is nat�essenecl. During
<br /> such repair and restvrat�an p�riad, Lender sha��ha�e the right to hold such M�scellaneaus Proceeds un�i�
<br /> Lend�r ha.s had an opportunity to inspect such Prnperty to ensure the work has been cvmp�eted ta Lend�r's
<br /> satisfac��on,pro�ided that such inspection sha11 be underta.ken promp�ly. Lender may pay far the repair�and
<br /> restora��on in a single disl�ursement ar in a series of progress payments as the�ork is completed. Unless an
<br /> agreement is made in writing vr App�ica�le Law requires interest to be paid on such Miscellaneous Proceeds,
<br /> Lender shall not be required��pay Bvrrower any interes�or earn�ngs on such Miscel�aneous Proceeds. If the
<br /> res��ration or repair is nat eeon�miea�ly feasible or Lender's securi�y w�uld be Iessened,the Miscellanevus
<br /> Pro��eds shall be applied to the sums se�ured by this Securi�y Instn�ment, whether vr not then due, with the
<br /> excess, if any, paid to Borrower. Such Miscellanevus Proceeds sha11 be applied�n the order provi�e�i fvr in
<br /> Section 2.
<br /> �n�he e��nt of a total taking, destructian,or ivss�n�alue�f the Property,the Misce��aneous Pr�ceeds sha11
<br /> be appl�ed to the sums secure�l hy this Secur�ty Instrument,whether or not then due,wi�h the e�cess, if any,

<br /> In the even�of a partial taking, destruction,ar l�ss in value of�he Property in which the fair market�alue af
<br /> the Prvper�y immediately before the partaa�taking, destruction, �r loss in value is equal to or greater than th�
<br /> amount of the sums secured by this Securi�y Instrument immediately before the partial taking, destruction, or
<br /> loss in�alue, unless Barrower an�Lender othenuise agree in writing,the sums secured by this Se�urity
<br /> Ins�rument sha11 be reduced by the amaun�af the Miscellaneaus Proceeds multiplied by the following
