This Lease hereby replaces and supersedes any prior lease or other agreement between Lessee and any employee or agency of the State of Nebraska. 1. Property Description. Lessor, in consideration of the payments hereinafter provided for and the agreements and stipulations hereinafter stated to be kept and performed by the Lessee, does hereby lease to the Lessee to occupy and use for agricultural purposes, including, production of grain crops, hay and grazing of pasture land, on the following described property, hereinafter "Property ": PARCEL "B" A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN GOVERNMENT LOT 2 IN SECTION 6 AND THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 5, ALL IN TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH, RANGE 9 WEST OF THE SIXTH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, CONTAINING 95 ACRES, MORE OR LESS. PARCEL "E" A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN GOVERNMENT LOT 2 IN SECTION 6 AND A PART OF SECTION 5, ALL IN TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH, RANGE 9 WEST OF THE SIXTH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, CONTAINING 234 ACRES, MORE OR LESS; both as shown on that certain survey, attached as Exhibit "A in, the lease agreement. This lease shall be based on a total of tillable acreage for the term of this lease. Bid shall be based on a total of 329 acres, more or less, for exclusive use of Lessee. 2.1 Term. This Lease shall commence on January 1, 2014, hereinafter "Commencement Date," and shall terminate on December 31, 2015, hereinafter "Termination Date," hereinafter, collectively hereinafter, the "Term." This Lease shall not continue in effect from year to year thereafter and will expire on the date stated above without further notice. 2.2 Amendments. Amendments and alterations to this Lease shall be in writing and shall be signed by both Lessor and Lessee. 2.3 No Partnership Intended. It is particularly understood and agreed that this Lease shall not be deemed to be nor intended to give rise to a partnership relation. Bay
