<br /> lndeb�edness. The word "i ndebtedness" means al� principal, interest, and other amoun�s, CD5t5 and expenses
<br /> payable und�r the Gredi� Agreem�nt or Related Documen�s, #ogether wi�h all renewa�s fl�, extensions af,
<br /> modifica��ans of, eonsolidations o�r and substitu�ions for �h� Credit Agreement or Related Documents and any
<br /> . amounts expended or ad�anced by Lend�r to diseharge Trustor's obliga#ions or expenses incurred by T�ust�e or
<br /> Lende�- t� enforce Trustor's ab��gations under this Deed ofi Trust, togethe� with interest on such am�unts as

<br /> Lender. The word "Lender" means BAN�QF THE VIlEST, i#s suGcessors and assigns. The words "su�cessors or
<br /> assigns" mean any person or company fhat acquires any interest in the�redit Agreement.
