<br /> Foreclnsure by Power of Sa�e. If Lende�-elects to foreclose by exercise��the Power ofi Sa�e herein contained,
<br /> Lender shaCl nvtify Trustee and shall deposit wi'th Trus�ee �his ❑eed af Trus# and the Credit Agreemen# and
<br /> such receipts and e�idence of expenditures made and secured by this ❑eed of Trust as Trus�ee may require.
<br /> �a} Upon receipt of such no��ce�f��m Le�der, Trus#ee shall cause�o be re�orded, pub[ished and de�i�ered
<br /> t� Trus�or such Na�i�e a�Default and Nfltic� o�Sale as�hen required by law and by this Deed of Trust.
<br /> Trus#�e sha�l, without demand on Trustor, after such time as may then be requ�red by !aw and after
<br /> recordation o�such N���ce o� Default and afker Noti�e of Saie ha�ing been gi�en as required by law, sell
<br /> #he Proper�y a# the t�me and place o� sa�e fxed by if in such Notice of Sa�e, either as a who�s, or in
<br /> separate lo�s or par�els or items as Trustee snall deem expedient, and in such order as it may determine,
<br /> at publi�auction to �he highest bidder for cash in law�ul money of the United States payable at the tirne

<br /> Remedies Nofi Exclus��e. Trust�e and Lender, and �ach of them, shaCl be entitled ta enfa�ce paymen� and
<br /> pe�fiormance af any indebtedness or ob[iga�ivns secured by this ❑eed�f Trus#and tv exer�ise all righ�s and powers
<br /> under this ❑eed af Trus#, unde� the Credit Agreem�nt, under any o��he Re�ated ❑ocumsnts, �r under any other
<br /> agreement or any laws now or her�after in force; notwithstanding, sflm� or ail �� such indeb�edness and
<br /> obliga�ions secured by this Deed of Trust may now or hereafter be atherw�se secur�d, whether by mor�gage, deed
<br /> of trusf, pledge, lien, assignrnent ar otherwise. Neither the accep�ance of this aeed of Trus� nor its en�arcemer�#,
