If I�ender requires immediate payment in full under paragraph 9,Lender may <br /> �iavok�the power of sale and any other remedYes permitted by applicab�e�aw. Lender shall be ent�t�ed to collect <br /> aIl expenses iacurred�n pursuing the remedies pravxded in this paragraph 18, inc�ud�ng, but nat limited to, <br /> reasona��e attorneys� fe�and Costs of t�t�e ev�idence. <br /> If the power of sale is Yn�raked, Trustee shall record a nvt�ce of defauYt Yn each county�n which any part of <br /> the Property i� located and shaYY mail cop�es of such natice in tbe manner prescr�ibed by applicable Iaw to <br /> Barrower and to fhe other persons prescra�bed by applicab�e Iaw.
