<br /> Cnmplian�e Default. Failure to comply with any o�her term, a�ligat�on, co�enant or condition contained in this
<br /> De�d of Trust,the No�e ar in any of the Related aQcumen�s.
<br /> De�ault an �ther Payments. Faiiure af Trustvr wi�hin th��time required by this C]eed�f Trust ta make any payment
<br /> far tax�s vr insurance, or any a�her payment necessary to pr�Went f[I�ng ofi or to effect discharge of any lien.
<br /> False Sta�ements. Any warranty, repr�sentation ❑r statemen� made �r furnished to Lender by BorrQwer or Trustor
<br /> or on Bor�-ower's vr Trus�vr's behalf under this De�� �f Trust or the Rela�ed Do�umen�s is false �r misl�ading in
<br /> any mafierial respect, either now �r at the time made or furnish�d vr becomes fals� or mis[eading at any �im�
<br /> therea�te�.
<br /> Defec�i�e Collateraliza�ion. This ❑eed af Trust vr any of the Related Documents ceases �o be in �ul� force and
<br /> effec� (Encluding failure of any c�llafieral d�cumen� fv create a va[id and per�Fected se�urity in�eres� or lien) at any
<br /> time and for any reason.
<br /> fnsolWency. The diss�lut��n vr termination of the Trus�� the insol�ency of Borrower or Trustor, the appointment ofi
<br /> a r�cei��r fvr any par�of 6vrrower's or Trustor's prvperty, any assE�nment fvr�he benefi�of credi�ors, any type of
<br /> credi�or work�ut, or the �ommencement af any pr�oce�ding under any bankruptcy or insolWency laws by or a�ainst
<br /> gorr�w�r or Trustvr.
<br /> Cred�tor or FBrfei�ture Prace�dings. Commencem�nt vf for�c[osure �r forfei�ure praceedings, whe�her by judicial
<br /> proceeding, sel�-h�fp, repossession �r any nther method� by any credit�r of Borrower or Trustor ar by any
<br /> goWernmental agen�y against any praperty securing fihe Inde�tedness. This includes a garnishment of any ofi

<br /> limitation any agreement con�erning any indebtedness or other obli�ation of Borrawer or Trustor to Lender,
<br /> wheth�r existing now or later.
<br /> E�ents Aff�cfiing Guaran�or. Any of�he preceding e�ents occurs w�th respect ta any guarantor, �ndorser. surety,
<br /> or accommodation par�y of any of �he Indebtedness vr any guarantor. �ndorserf surety, or accammodation party
<br /> di�s or bec�mes incomp�t�nt, or rev�kes ar dispu�es the �a�idity afi, or lia�ility under, any Guaranfiy of �he

<br /> Adverse Change. A mat�rial adverse change occurs �n Borrawer's or Trustor's financial condition� or Lender
<br /> belie�es fih� prospect of payment�r perfarmance o�the Indebtedness is impaired.
