<br />      			Remova�vf lmpro�ements. TrustQr shall not demo[ish or rema�e any Impr�vements fr�m the Real Pr�perty wi�hout
<br />      			Lender's prior written consent. As a condifiion ta the rernoval of any Impra�ements, Lender may require Trustor�o
<br />      			mak.e arrangemen�s sat�s�actory �o Lender ta replace such Improvements with Irnprovements of at least equal
<br />      			va�ue.
<br />      			Lender's Right to Enter.  Lender and Lender's agents and r�presentati�es may enter upon the Real Property at all
<br />      			reasonable times �o a�tend to Lendsr's int�rests and to inspec� the Real Prvper�y fvr purpos�s of Trust��'s
