DI © CT COURT <br />Defendant. ) NOV 0 4 2013 <br />) <br />JACQUELYN STEWART <br />CLERK OF THE DISTRICT COURT <br />THIS MATTER came on for final hearing on the 30th day of September, 2013, on the <br />Complaint for Dissolution of Marriage. The Plaintiff and Defendant were both present in Court <br />and both proceeded pro se. Evidence was taken and the Court being fully advised in the <br />premises, FINDS, ORDERS, ADJUDGES AND DECREES as follows: <br />1. The Plaintiff and the Defendant have been residents of the State of Nebraska for <br />more than one year prior to the filing of this action and the Plaintiff was a resident of Seward <br />County at the time the Complaint was filed. <br />2. More than 60 days have passed since service was perfected or a voluntary <br />appearance was filed. <br />3. The Court has jurisdiction over both parties and over the subject matter of this <br />4. The parties were married on July 3, 1969. All children born of this marriage are <br />over the age of majority, there are no children affected by this proceeding, and none are <br />expected. <br />5. The Plaintiff and Defendant are not members of the Armed Forces of the United <br />States or its allies. <br />6. The marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken, and every reasonable effort to <br />effect reconciliation has been made. <br />7. The parties are owners of various items of personal property and have incurred <br />certain debts, and all of the property and debts should be equitably divided between the parties. <br />
