<br /> Cvmpliance With Environmen�al Laws. Trustor represenfs and warrants to Lender that: �1� Dur�ng the period of
<br /> Trus��r's own�rship vf the Praperty, there has been no use, gen�ration, manufac�ure, storage, treatment, disposal,
<br /> release ar threatened release o� any Ha2ardous 5u�stanc� by any persvn on, under. about or fram the Property;
<br /> {�y Trustor has no Icnowledge of, or r�asvn to belie�e that there has been, except as previous[y disclosed ta and
<br /> acknowledged by Lender in writEng, �ay any breach or �iola�iQn of any En�iranmental Laws, �b} any USEr
<br /> gen�ration, manufiacture, storage. �reatment. disposa�. re�ease or threatened releas� of any Ha�ardous Substance
<br /> on, under, abvut or frvm �he Property by any priar �wners or vccupants �f �he Property, or �c� any actual vr
<br /> �hreatened lit�gation or claims vf any kind �y any person re[ating ta such matters; and �3� Except as previously

<br /> RemvWal af Impro�emen�s. Trustor shafl not demolish ar remo�e any lmpro�ements from the Real Prvperty wi�haut
<br /> Lender's prior written �ansent. As a �ond��i�n to th� removal of any ImpraWements, Lender may require Trust�r to
<br /> make arrangements satisfactory ta Lender tv r�place such ImproWements with Improvements vf at leas� equal
<br /> �alue.
