The H U D act�on may be one of the foll�wing: <br /> H U D's end�rsem�nt f�r insu ranc� of the Note, H U D's consent t� the transfer of the <br /> Mortgaged Pro�erty, H U D's sal� and conveyance of the M�rkga�ed Property, or H UD's <br /> cans�nt t� other act�ons related t� Borr�wer or to the Markgaged Property. <br /> Further, Borrower and HUD ex�cut� this Agr�ement in �rd�r ta �omply with the <br /> re�uirements of the Nati�na� Housing Act, as am�nd�d, and the r�gulations adopted by <br /> HUD �ursuant ther�to. This Agr��m�nt shall cantinu� during such peri�d of tEm� as <br /> HUD sha�l be the awner, hofder, �r �nsurer of the Note. U�an sat�sfaction �f such Not�, <br /> this Agreement shall automatically t�rminat�. Hawever, B�rr�wer shalE be responsi�le <br /> for any Violati�r►s af this Agreement which occurred prinr t� term�nation. <br /> Vi��ation af this Agr�ement may subject Borrower and other s�gnatori�s hereto to <br /> ad�erse actions.
