<br /> Borruwer absolutely and unconditionally assigns and tran�fcrs to l.ender all the rents and revenucs ("Rents") of
<br /> thc Properly, regudless of to whom the Renta of the Property are payable, Borrower authorlces Lendcr ur
<br /> L.ender's agonts to collcct the Rents. azid agr�es that cach tenant of thc Property shall pay the Rents to Lender or
<br /> I.ender's agents. However, Borrower shall r�ccive the Rents until (i)l.ender has givcn Borrower noticc of default
