the redemption period shall be reduced to sixty (60) days, consistent with the provisions of <br />Section 628.27, Code of Iowa, or any revision or successor thereof; and <br />(c) If the Mortgaged Property is not used for agricultural purposes, as defined in Iowa <br />Code Section 535.13, and is either not the residence of the Borrower or owner, or is such a <br />residence but is not a single family or a two family dwelling, and Lender waives its right to a <br />deficiency judgment in the foreclosure action, the redemption period shall be reduced to ninety <br />(90) days, consistent with the provisions of Section 628.28, Code of Iowa, or any revision or <br />successor thereof. <br />3.
