Taxes. The Lessee shall pay before delinquency,all taxes levied or assessed and <br /> • � � that become payable during the t�rm of this Agreement upon all the Lessee's leasehold <br /> ' improvemcnts,equipment,furniture,fixtures and personal property located in the ,� ` - <br /> - Premises,except that which has been paid for by the Lessor and is the standard of that ;�� <br /> • building.
