201308999 <br />Tract One. The area covered by the easement is restricted to the <br />following: <br />A right angle triangle with the right angle located at <br />the southwest corner of Tract One. Each leg of the <br />triangle shall measure 50 feet in length. One leg <br />shall extend to the east and one leg shall extend to <br />the north.
