SCHAFER and JOYCE A. Schafer grants to Happold an easement permitting <br /> Happold to operate a pivot, end gun and corner system in such a <br /> manner as to pass on and over the southern and western portion of <br /> Tract One for the purpose of operating, parking and maintaining a <br /> pivot, end gun and corner system so that Happold can operate the <br /> system along the same path as it currently travels, and an <br /> easement to sprinkle water on the southern and western portion of <br />■ <br />
