ARTICLE X <br />INVALID PROVISIONS <br />In the event any clause, provision or provisions of this Trust prove <br />to be or are adjudged to be invalid, or void for any reason, then such <br />invalid or void clause, provision or provisions shall not affect the whole of <br />this instrument, but the balance of the provisions hereof shall remain <br />operative and shall be carried into effect insofar as legally possible. <br />ARITICLE XI <br />APPOINMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE <br />The Trustee shall not be required to post a bond. <br />201308204 <br />In the event that the Trustee herein die, resign, or become <br />incapacitated or is otherwise disqualified, CAROLYN L. LANGE shall be <br />the Trustee. If CAROLYN is unable or unwilling to act as Trustee, then <br />CHERYL L. IWANSKI shall be the Trustee. If CHERYL is unable or <br />unwilling to act as Trustee, then DENNIS L. LANGE shall be the <br />Trustee. <br />A Successor Trustee is granted full powers and responsibilities of <br />this trust upon a written acceptance of the Trustee duties and <br />responsibilities. For purposes of this paragraph, a Trustee shall be deemed <br />incapacitated if in the written opinion of the Trustors' principal physician, <br />the Trustee is unable because of a physical or mental disability to give <br />adequate and careful attention to his or her affairs. <br />
