ARTICLE VII SPENDTHRIFT PROVISION Each and every beneficiary under the Trust is hereby restrained from and shall be without right, power or authority to sell, transfer, assign, pledge, mortgage, hypothecate, alienate, anticipate, bequeath or devise, or in any manner effect his, her or their beneficial right, title, interest and claim and estate in and to either the income or principal of the Trust; nor shall the right, title, interest or estate of any beneficiary be subject to any right, claim, demand, lien or judgment of any creditor of any beneficiary, nor be subject or liable to any process of law or equity; but all of the income and principal except as otherwise provided in this Declaration of Trust shall be Trustee be payable and deliverable to or for the benefit of only the named and designated beneficiaries, at the times set out, and receipt by such beneficiaries shall relieve Trustee from responsibility for such good faith distributions. ARTICLE VIII PERPETUITIES SAVINGS CLAUSE 201308204 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the trusts created in this agreement shall terminate upon the day next preceding the expiration of twenty -one (21) years after the death of the Trustor and the named beneficiaries now living, in the event this trust shall not have previously terminated in accordance with the terms hereof. In the event of termination of this trust as provided for in this paragraph, the Trustee shall distribute the Trust Estate as it shall then be constituted, together with any new income, to the beneficiaries then entitled to the income from the Trust Estate in the same proportions in which they are entitled to such income. ARTICLE IX GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be construed and regulated by the laws of the State of Nebraska
