purchaser of the Property if such purchaser is not affiliated with <br />NEBCO. <br />3. Remaining Terms. The rest and remaining terms of the Purchase <br />Agreement are hereby incorporated into this Memorandum as if they were set forth in <br />full. The terms of the Purchase Agreement shall govern in the event of any <br />inconsistency between the Agreement and Memorandum. <br />4. Term. The covenants evidenced by this Memorandum shall last so long <br />as Chief, its successors or assigns, operates an office and shop op the property legally <br />described as Lots Three (3) and Four (4) Chief /Westgate Subdivision, Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska ( "Seller Property "). In the event that Seller, its successors or <br />assigns ceases to use Seller Property as an office and shop for a continuous eighteen <br />(18) month period, the covenants described herein shall terminate. <br />4.
