Property. NEBCO and Chief entered into that certain Real Estate <br />, Purchase Agreement ( "Purchase Agreement ") dated as of May 20, 2013, in which <br />NEBCO purchased the real estate legally described as: Lots One (1) and Two (2), <br />Chief /Westgate Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska (the "Property ") <br />from Grantee. <br />2. Covenants. NEBCO, for itself and its successors and assigns, agrees to <br />the following restrictive covenants on the Property: <br />A. No part of the Property shall be operated for purposes of a <br />structural and /or miscellaneous steel fabrication enterprise. <br />Provided, however, the Property may be utilized for purposes of <br />manufacturing steel rebar. <br />B. No part of the Property shall be operated for purposes of a ready - <br />mix concrete plant. <br />C. NEBCO has granted Chief certain construction rights on the <br />Property as provided in the Purchase Agreement.
