# ` 4 <br /> 201305436 <br /> 16.1 Landlord and Tenant agree to all of the terms of this Lease in <br /> consideration of their mutual promises and their respective benefits <br /> and detriments. <br /> 16.2 Time is of the essence of this Lease. The rent is payable by Tenant to <br /> Landlord without demand. <br /> 16.3 This Lease is the entire agreement between Landlord and Tenant and <br /> can be amended, altered or changed only in writing signed by <br /> Landlord and Tenant. <br /> 16.4 This Lease is binding upon and enures to the benefit of the Landlord <br /> and Landlord's heirs, Personal Representative and assigns. <br /> 16.5 This Lease is binding upon and enures to the benefit of Tenant and <br /> Tenant's heirs, Personal Representative and assigns, if assignment has <br /> been permitted in writing by Landlord. <br /> 16.6 This Lease is signed in duplicate counterparts each of which <br /> constitutes an original of the Lease, one counterpart being for <br /> Landlord and one counterpart being for Tenant. <br /> 17. LEASES SUPERSEDES PRIOR LEASES.
