4. Hold Hamiless for Reliance upon this Document. I covenant and agree to hold harm <br />any person who may act in reliance upon the authority granted herein to my attorney -in -fact. <br />5. Recording of Power Attorney. This Durable Power of Attomey may be recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of the county in which the Subject Property is located. <br />6. Revocation. This Power of Attorney shall remain in full force and effect unless, and until, I <br />record a revocation of this Power of Attorney in the office of the Register of Deeds of the county in which <br />the Subject Property is located. <br />7. Joint Consent. We hereby give our joint consent to the sale, transfer, mortgage or other <br />alienation of the above subject property, and our appointed attorney in fact may so alienate our interests, <br />and we agree that in said agent doing so, the consent of such attorney in fact constitutes our <br />consent as principals to such alienation, as applicable or required by Article 15, Section 9 of the Kansas <br />Constitution.
