HALLER is willing to grant a permanent easement to MANNING and <br />WOODRING/POEHLER for the construction of a natural gas line under a portion of <br />the HALLER property (herein referred to as the "HALLER Easement Area ") which <br />is described as follows: <br />From the natural gas meter located just northeast of the center point of <br />the pivot located upon the HALLER property, directly North to the <br />approximate center of the Southern edge of the MANNING property. <br />5. MANNING is willing to grant permanent easement to <br />WOODRING/POEHLER for the construction of a natural gas line <br />under a portion of the MANNING Property (hereinafter referred to as <br />the "MANNING Easement Area ") which is described as follows: <br />From the approximate center of the southern edge of the MANNING <br />property directly north to the approximate center of the southern edge of <br />the WOODRING/POEHLER property. <br />FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual covenants, benefits, and promises set <br />forth hereinafter, it is agreed among the parties as follows: <br />1. Grant of Easement. HALLER grants to MANNING and WOODRING/POEHLER, <br />and to their successors and assigns, the right to construct, own, maintain, repair and replace a <br />natural gas line to be constructed within the HALLER Easement Area, and which serves the <br />MANNING and WOODRING/POEHLER Properties. <br />2. Grant of Easement.
