HALLER is willing to grant a permanent easement to MANNING and WOODRING/POEHLER for the construction of a natural gas line under a portion of the HALLER property (herein referred to as the "HALLER Easement Area ") which is described as follows: From the natural gas meter located just northeast of the center point of the pivot located upon the HALLER property, directly North to the approximate center of the Southern edge of the MANNING property. 5. MANNING is willing to grant permanent easement to WOODRING/POEHLER for the construction of a natural gas line under a portion of the MANNING Property (hereinafter referred to as the "MANNING Easement Area ") which is described as follows: From the approximate center of the southern edge of the MANNING property directly north to the approximate center of the southern edge of the WOODRING/POEHLER property. FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual covenants, benefits, and promises set forth hereinafter, it is agreed among the parties as follows: 1. Grant of Easement. HALLER grants to MANNING and WOODRING/POEHLER, and to their successors and assigns, the right to construct, own, maintain, repair and replace a natural gas line to be constructed within the HALLER Easement Area, and which serves the MANNING and WOODRING/POEHLER Properties. 2.
