<br />WHEREAS, the Agreement for Protective Covenants, Restrictions and Conditions (the
<br />"Covenants ") was recorded as Document Number 200208608 on August 16, 2002 in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, concerning the following described real
<br />estate: Lots One (1) through Thirteen (13), Rainbow Lake Subdivision; Lots One (1) through
<br />Seventeen (17), Rainbow Lake Second Subdivision; Lots One (1) through Fifteen (15), Rainbow
<br />Lake Third Subdivision; and Lot One (1), Rainbow Lake Fourth Subdivision; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Addendum to Agreement for Protective Covenants, Restrictions and
<br />Conditions (the "Addendum ") was also recorded as Document Number 200208608 on August
<br />16, 2002 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, which Addendum confirmed that
<br />Lots Twelve (12), Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14), Rainbow Lake Third Subdivision, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, were replatted into Lots One (1) and Two (2), Rainbow Lake Fifth
<br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska and subject to the Covenants, and
<br />WHEREAS, an Amendment to Agreement for Protective Covenants, Restrictions and
<br />Conditions (the "Amendment ") was recorded as Document Number 201102913 on April 18,
<br />2011 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, concerning the following
<br />described real estate: Lots One (1) through Thirteen (13), Rainbow Lake Subdivision; Lots One
