<br />organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska, hereinafter known as the
<br />Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE and NO /100 DOLLARS ($1.00) in hand paid, does
<br />hereby grant and convey unto CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, hereinafter known as the Grantee,
<br />and to its successors and assigns the following described permanent easement for the purpose of trail proiect
<br />and the subsequent maintenance of same, situated in Hall County, State of Nebraska, to -wit;
<br />Two parcels of land located in NW' /4, of Section 12, Township 11 North, Range 10 West, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />Tract 2:
<br />Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 1, Autumn Park Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; thence northerly along the west line of City of Grand Island Drainage Right -of-
<br />way, a distance of 446.95 feet; thence westerly deflecting 90 °00'00" left, a distance of 12.00 feet;
<br />thence southerly deflecting 90 °00'00" left, a distance of 446.95 feet to the north line of said Lot 1;
<br />thence easterly along the north line of said Lot 1, deflecting 90 °00'00" left, a distance of 12.00 feet
<br />to the Point of Beginning, containing 5,363.40 square feet, more or less.
<br />Tract 4:
<br />Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 1, Sterling Estates Second Subdivision, City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska; thence westerly along the south line of said Lot 1, a distance of
<br />12.00 feet; thence southerly deflecting 91 °15'04" left, a distance of 443.93 feet; thence easterly
<br />deflecting 90 °00'00" left, a distance of 12.00 feet to the west line of City of Grand Island Drainage
<br />Right -of -Way; thence northerly along the west line of City of Grand Island Drainage Right -of -Way,
<br />deflecting 90 °00'00" left, a distance of 443.63 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 5,325.61
<br />square feet, more or less.
<br />The abandonment of said permanent easement for the purposes described herein shall render this
<br />conveyance void and cause said permanent easement to revert to said Grantor and to its successors and
<br />assigns.
