<br /> �� 7. InciemntAcxtion.Assignor hec�eby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Assigna

<br /> „�, reason or in defense of any and all claims and demands whatsoever that may be asserted against
<br /> Assignee by third parties arising out of the Lease�including�but not limited to.any claims by any
