<br /> Assigncc shall not be obligated to gerform or dlschtuge,nor does Assignee undertake to perform or

<br /> or to assume any obligation or nsponslbility for any security deposits or other deposits delivertd to

<br /> parties or for any dangenous or defecdve condidon of tha Real Property,or for any negligence in the

<br /> �� 7. InciemntAcxtion.Assignor hec�eby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Assigna
<br /> � harmless from any and all liability,loss�damage and expense which Assignee mAy iacur under or by
<br /> „�, reason or in defense of any and all claims and demands whatsoever that may be asserted against
<br /> Assignee by third parties arising out of the Lease�including�but not limited to.any claims by any
<br /> t�nants af cnedit for rental f�r any period under any lease more than one(1)nlonih in advance of the
<br /> due date thereof paid to and received by Assignor,but not delivered to AssignGe. Should Assignee

<br /> � 8. Termination of Asslgnment,Payment of Ren� Upon payment in fiill of the principal
<br /> ; sum,interest and lndebtedness secured hereby and by tha Securlty Instiurnents�this Assignment shall
<br /> � become null and be void and of no effect, but the affiduvit,certificate,kt�er or statement of any
<br /> - officer, agent or atiorney of Assignee showing any patt of said principal, inierest or indebtedness to
<br /> remain unpaid shall be and constitute conclusive evidenoe of the validity,offectiveness and continuing
