<br /> amd without regard to Asslgnor's possession,W enter upon.take possession of,manage
<br /> ; and operate the Real Property or any part thereof,make.modify, enforce. caacel� or

<br /> ? thereof;remove and evict any lessee or tcnant; increase or decrease rents; decorate,
<br /> � clean and�pair;and otherwise do any act or incur any nasonable costs or expenses

<br /> extent as Assignor could do if in possession;and in such avent,to apply the rents so
<br /> collected in such order as Assignee shall deem proper to the opersHon and
<br /> management of the Real Property�including the payment of reasonable mar�agement,
<br /> brokerage and attomeys fees�payment of the indebtedness undcr the Nota and Dced
<br /> of Trust,and payment to a nserve fund for replacements�which ftutd shall not beur
