<br /> (c) Blanket Policv. If a blanket policy is issued.Trustor shall furnish Beneficiary with a
<br /> certified coP3�of said poliey,together with a certiflcate indicating that Beneficiary is
<br /> the insured under said pollcy in the pmper designated amount.
<br /> {�� �Tnti�P�f T.���. Tn the event of loss.Tn�stor shall immediately notify Beneftciary.
<br /> � Boneficlary may make proof of loss if it is not made prompdy by Trustor.
<br /> � ��� �ncurance Obtained bv Third Partv. If insurance is provided to Benaficiary by a tenant
<br /> or any pa�ty other than Trustor,there is a lapse in coverage,coverage is not with Q
<br /> company acceptablC to Beneficiary with an A Category or better cating,coverage is not
<br /> ;� in an amount equal to the full replacement value of the improvements,or coverage
<br /> does not in any other way meet conditions requiral by Beneficiary, Tcustor will
<br /> i provide coverage within thirty (30) days of being notified by Bene�iciary of any
<br /> inadequscy in coverege. ff Beneficiary does not receive proof of such coverage within
<br /> thirty(30)days,Beneficiary will force place insurance until proof of coverage which
<br /> mats the eonditions of the loan is received. Premiums for this force plaee coverage
<br /> are at rates hlgher than Trustor could obtain,and payment will be the responslbility of
<br /> � Trustor,provlded that at Beneficiazy's sole optton,Boneficiary may add the cost of
<br /> ' such premiums to the principal balance of the loan.
