<br /> r 18. Governing I.aw. The law of the State where the Ttust Property is located shall govem

<br /> � 19. FjnAncial Statements. Within slxty(60) days of the close of each calendar year,
<br /> Trustor shall furnish Beneflciary�at Trustor's expense,all in a form satisfactory to Beneficiary and
<br /> � ardfied by Tnistor or guarant�rs,as the case may be�wlth(a)annual statcment of operations of the
<br /> ' ProperRy,stadng thai such annual statcment presents fairly the financial conclitIon of the Propezty

<br /> consistently applled,@)the financial statement for any tenants In whom Tcustor has a controlling
<br /> 7 Intecest,and(c)Trustor's�nanclal statement,if Trustor Is not an individual.The annual operating

<br /> J statement shaU include an annual rent schedule,and a schedule of gross nceipts of each tenant who
<br /> i is obligated to pay additional rent based on a percentage oi gross c+oceipts.
<br /> Z0. PrepAyment ChArge�. Prepayment charges wlll be imposed,aa specified in the Note,
<br /> to the extent permitted by law.whether the prep�yment is(a)voluntary, iuvoluntary,or by operation
<br /> of law, (b) in connecdon with a default in psrformance nf the payment obUgatians or any oth�r
