<br /> b�obtained from Henefieiary,as Seeured Party.at the address of Beneficiary stated

<br /> 13. Restrletive Uses.Trustor shall not,wlthout Boneficiary's pdor wrttten consent,change
<br /> the general nature of the occapancy of the Tmst Property,initiata,acquire or pemut aay change in any
<br /> public or pr3vate restricdons(including without Ilmitation a wning reclassification)limiting tha uses
<br /> which may be ma,de of the Trust Pc�operry,or take or permlt any action whict�would impai Y the Trust
<br /> Properry or Bene�clary's liea or seeurity int�rest in the Trust Property.
<br /> 14. Chan�In Uee. If Trustor or a related entity or person occupies or leas�s the Truat
<br /> Property,Trustor shall make no change in the use or occupancy of tha Trust Property or ott►erwise
<br /> limit the usas which may be made of the Trust Property without Benoficiary's prior writtea consent.
<br /> B. It is mutually agreed that:
<br /> 1. Applics�tton of Insurs�nee or Conden�tion Proceala. A11 sums paid under any
<br /> insuxance policy or condemnation award shaU be paid W the Benefieiary. Heneficiary ag�es tv allow
<br /> the use nf sums paid for repair and reconstruction of the Property provided:
<br /> (a) there exists no default or other event which with the passing of time or the giving of
<br /> natice or both would constitute a default under the Note or this Deed of Tmst;
<br />_ (b) all procoeds and additional funds deposited by tha Trusta with Beneficiary prior to the
<br /> commenc�ment of any repair or roconstruction are adequate, as detormined by
<br /> t Bene�ciary,to complete repalr and reconsnuction of the Praperty pnrsusnt to plans
<br /> - and speciftcations approved by Bene�ciary;
<br /> t (c) if,in Beneficiary's d�termination,the loan to value ratio.upon compledon of repair
<br /> � or restoration, will exceed seventy-flve percent(7596),the balance due on the Note
<br /> ; shall be reduced to an amount which,reduces the loan to value ratio.as calculated by
