4. INDEMNIFICATION. Grantees hereby indemnify and agree to defend and hold harmless Grantor from and against all liabilities, damages, costs, claims, and expenses whatsoever arising out of or in connection with Grantees' use of Grantor's parcel (access easement). 5. RESERVATION BY GRANTOR. Grantor reserves all rights of ownership in and to Grantor's parcel which are not inconsistent with the easement (access easement) including, without limitation, the right to grant further easements over and across Grantor's parcel. Grantor further reserves the right to use Grantor's parcel for all uses not interfering with the use permitted Grantees hereunder. 6. SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS.
