<br />Donna R. Harders, a single person, GRANTOR, does hereby quitclaim, grant, l/

<br />described on the attached Exhibit "A ".
<br />An undivided one -fourth (1/4) interest in the West Half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (W1/2SW1/4), except 3.64 acres to highway, in Section Eighteen
<br />(18), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />An undivided one - fourth (1/4) interest in the Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4) of
<br />Section Twenty One (21), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11),
<br />West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, LESS the following:
<br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 21, and running thence
<br />Westerly along and upon the North line of said Section 21, a distance of 330'
<br />to the point of beginning; running thence Southerly and parallel to the East
<br />line of said Section 21, a distance of 445'; running thence Westerly and
<br />parallel to the North line of said Section 21, a distance of 990'; running
<br />thence Northerly, parallel to the Easterly line of said Section 21, to the North
<br />line of said Section 21 and for a distance of 445'; running thence Easterly
