<br /> judgncnt, coiild resulf in forfeiture of the Property or othcr�pa.reriai iuq�airaienL of Lencler's interest in the
<br /> Property or rigJits under[his Security Instrument. Borrower can cure such a default and, if acceleralion has
<br /> occurred, reinstate as providcd in Section 19, by causing ihe acrian or proceeding to be dismissed ivith a
