<br />VARIANCE TO RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS
<br />WHEREAS, certain Restrictive Covenants, Restrictions and Conditions dated
<br />February 14, 2011 were filed in the Office of the Hall County, Nebraska Register of Deeds on
<br />February 24, 2011 as Instrument No. 201101493 ( "Restrictive Covenants ") and indexed against
<br />the following described real estate (collectively, the "Subject Property "):
<br />Lot One. (1), Block One (1), Sterling Estates Subdivision in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot One (1), Lot Two (2), Lot Three (3), Lot Four (4), Lot Five (5), Lot Six (0),
<br />Lot Seven (7), Lot Eight (8), Lot Nine (9), and Lot Ten (10), Block Two (2),
<br />Sterling Estates Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot One (1) and Lot Two (2), Block Five (5), Sterling Estates Subdivision in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;

<br />Any detached garage or any other out - building shall be constructed of the same
<br />quality and materials of construction as the outside finish and roof of the
<br />residential structure. Any detached garage shall be a single garage which does not
<br />exceed a size that is 15' wide and 24' deep and shall be behind the rear wall of the
<br />residential structure. No building shall be constructed of boxes or other unsightly
<br />material.
<br />WHEREAS, the Owner of Lot One (1), Block Four (4), Sterling Estates Subdivision, in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, desires to be granted a variance to Section 10
<br />of the Restrictive Covenants in order to allow a detached garage or outbuilding that is 30' wide
<br />and 50' deep to be erected or built on said Lot; and
