201210371 <br /> If the Loau is subject to a law which sets maximum loan charges,and that la�v is finally interpreted so that <br /> the interest or othc�loan charges collected or to be coilected iu couucction with the Loan exceed the <br /> permitted limita,theu: (a)any such loan charge shall bc reduced by the atnount necessary to reduce the <br /> charge to the permitted limit;and(b)any sums already collected from Borrower which exceeded permitted <br /> limits will be refunded to Borrowec Lender may choose to makc this refund by reducing the priocipal otved <br /> uiider the Note or by making a d'uect paymcnt to Borrower.
