Substitutioa of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, NE <br />68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by BII.L <br />SCHULTZ, AN UNMARRIED PERSON, AND LOIB J KATT, AN UNMARRr�=D PERSON, as <br />Trustor, in which EQUITABLE BANK, FKA THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, is named as the <br />Beneficiary and Earl D. Deed of Reconve ay nce. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed <br />by BII.L SCHULTZ, AN UNNlARRIED PERSON, AND LOIS J KATT, AN iT1�iMARRIED <br />PERSON, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of <br />EQUITABLE BANK, FKA THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK as Beneficiary, dated June 15, 1995 , and <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 95- <br />103964, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, <br />the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and <br />interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate <br />described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
