201208�63 <br />(N) "Mortgage Insurance"means insurance protecting Lender against the nonplyment of, or default on, the <br />Loan. <br />(Oj "PeriodicPayment" means lhe regularly scheduled amount due for (i) principal and interest under lhe <br />Note, plus (ii) any announts under Section 3 of tlus Security Instrument. <br />{p) "RESPA" means lhe Real Estate Settle�entProcedures Act (12 U.S.C.
