201208395 <br /> (N) "Mortgage Insurance" means insurazice protecting Lcnder against the nonpayment of, or default on, the <br /> Lc�an. <br /> (0) "Periodic Payment" means the regularly scheduled amoun[due for(i)principal and in[erest under the <br /> Note, plus (ii) any amounts under Section 3 of this Securiry Instrument. <br /> (P) "RESPA" means the Real Fstate Settlement Procedures Act(12 U.S.C.
