201207846 <br /> If tha power of sale is invoked, Trustee shall record a notice of defauk m each county in which any <br /> part of the Property is located and shall mail copies of such notice m the mann� prescrbed by <br /> Applicabla Law to Borrower and to the athar peasone prescribed by Applicable Law. After the time <br /> required by Applicable Law, Trust� shall giva public notica of sale to the persons and in the mannar <br /> prescrbed 6y Applicable Law. Trustee, without demand an Borrower, shall sell the Property at public <br /> suction to the highest biddet at the time and place and under the terms d�at�in the notice of sale <br /> in one or more pazcels and in any order Trnstee determinas. Trustee may postpone sale of all or any <br /> parcel of the Property by public announcement at the time and place of any previously scheduled sale. <br /> Lendar or its desigoee may purchase the Property at any sale. <br /> Upon rec;eipt of payment of the price bid, Trustce shall deliver to tha purchaser Trustea's deed <br /> conveying the Property.
