Applicationof Payments or ProCeedS.Except as othcrwise described in this Section 2, all payments <br /> accepted and applied by Lendcr shall be applied in the following order of priority: (a) interest due under the <br /> Note; (b)principal due under the Note; (c)amounts due unde�Section 3. Such paymeuts shall be applied to <br /> each Periodic Payment in the order i�which it bccame due. Any remaiaing amoants shall be applied fust to <br /> late charges, second to any other amounts due under this Sewrity Insmiment,and then to reduce the <br /> principal balance of the Note. <br /> If Lcndcr rcccivcs a paymcnt from Borrowcr for a dclinqucnt Pcriodic Paymcnt which includcs a su�cicnt <br /> amount to pay any late charge due, the payment may be applied to the delinquent paymeut and the late <br /> charge.
