201206729 <br /> If the power of sale is invaked, 'I'rustee shall record a notice of default in each county in wl�ich any <br /> part of the Property is located and shall mail copies of such noYice in the manner prescribed by <br /> Applicable Law to Sorrower and to the other persons prescribed by Appliaible Law. After the fime <br /> reqaired by Applicable Law, 'I�ustee shall give public nofice of sale to the persons and in the manner <br /> prescribed by Applieabte Law. Trustee, withouf demand on Borrower, shall sell the Property at pu6lic <br /> auction to the highest bidder aY the time xnd place and under the terms designnted in the notice of sale <br /> in one or more parcels and in any order Trustee determines.
