<br /> 			(b)  Any suc6 agreements will not affect the rights Borrower has-if any-with reapect to the
<br />       			Mortgage Insurance under the Homeawners Protection Act of 1998 or any other lsw. These rlgLta
<br />       			may inclnde the right to receive cerfxin disclosures, to reqaest and obtain cancellation of the
<br />       			Mortgage Ineurance, to Lave the Mortg�ge Insarance terminated sutomatically, and/or to receive
<br />       			a refund of a�ry Mortgage Insurance premiums that were unearned at the tlme of auch
<br />       			cancellation or terminaHon
<br />   		11. A�IgnmeM of M Iscellaneous Prac�ads; Forfeiture. All Miscellan�us Proceeds are hereby avsigned to
<br /> 			and shall be paid to Lender.
<br /> 			If the Property is damaged, such Miecellaneoua Proceeds shall be applied to restoration ar repair of the
<br /> 			Properry, if the restoration ar repair is economically feasible and Lender's securiry is not lessened. 17uring
<br /> 			such repair and resmrarion period, Leuder shall have the right to hold such Miscellaneaus Proceeds until
<br /> 			Lender has had aa opporiunity to inspect such Property to�s�se the work hea been completad to Lender's
<br /> 			satisfacrion, provided that such inapection shall be undertaken prompfly. Lender maY paY for the repairs and
<br /> 			restoration in a single disb�usement or in a series of progess payments as the work is completed. Unless an
<br /> 			agreement is made in writing or Applicable I.aw requires interest to be paid on such Miscellaneoua Proceeda,
<br /> 			Lenda shall not be required to pay Borrower any interest or eamings on such Miscellaneous Proceeda. If the
<br /> 			restoration or repair is not econamcally feasible or Lender's securiry would be lessened, the Miscellaneous
<br /> 			Proce�ds shall be applied to the sums s�by flris SeQuity Instrument, whefha or not then due, with the
<br /> 			excess, if any, paid to Borrower. S�ch Miscellaneous Praceeda shs11 be applied in the order provided for in
<br /> 			Secrion 2.
<br /> 			In the event of a wtal taking, destruction, or loss in value of the Property, the Miscellaneous Proceeds shall
<br /> 			be applied to the sums secur�6y tlria Seasity Instrument, whether or�t then due, with the excess, if any,
<br /> 			paid to Horrower.
<br /> 			In the event of a partial taking, deshnction, or loas in value of the Property in which the fair market value of
<br /> 			the Property immediately before the partial taldng, d�slruction, or loas in value is equal to or geater than the
<br /> 			amount of the swns sec�ned by this Secwity Instrument immediately before the partial taldng, desh�uction, or
<br /> 			loss in value, unless Borrower and Lender otherwise agree in writing, the s�s secured by this S�ity
<br /> 			Instrumeot shall be reduced by the amount of the Miacellaneoua Praceeds multiplied by the following
<br /> 			&aclion: (a)the total amo�mt of the sums secured immediately beFore the pertisi talang, desduction, or loss
<br /> 			in value divided hy(b)the fair market value of the Property immediately before the partial taking,
<br /> 			deshruction, or loss in value. tlny balance sUall be paid to Borrower.
<br /> 			In the event of a partial talcing, deshvction, or loss in value of the Property in wluch the fair mazket value of
<br /> 			the Properry imn�liately befare the partial talang, des7uction, or loss in value is less than the amount of the
<br /> 			sums seaaed immediately before the pmtial taking, destrucpion, or loss in value, unless Borrower and
<br /> 			Lender otherwise agree in writing, the Miscellaneous Proceeds sha11 be applied ta the sums aecased by flris
<br /> 			Sec�ttity Instrument whether or not the sums aze then due.
<br /> 			If the Property is abandoned by Hortower, or if, after notice by Lznder to Horrower that the Opposing Party
<br /> 			(as defined in the next semence)offers to make an award to settle a claim for damages, Bonower fails to
<br /> 			respond to Lender within 30 days after the date the notice is given, I,ender is authorized to collect and apply
<br /> 			the Miscellaneous Proceeds either to restoration or repair of the Proper[y or to the sums secured by ihis
