RECITALS A. The Parties entered into that certain Real Estate Purchase Agreement dated July 3l`� 2012, wherebq Grantee sold certain real property to Grantor, as more particularly described in said Purchase Agreement and amendment thereto. B. In connection with said purchase and pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement, Grantee desires to acquire and Grantor desires to convey an easement over and through the Burdened Property, as defined below, for Grantee's use of the truck scale located on the Burdened Property in accordance with the terms and conditions of this � Easement. C � Grantor owns certain real estate legally described on E�ibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (the "Burdened Property"). Grantee owns certain real estate legally described on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (the "Benefitted Propert�'). NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor and Grantee agree as follows: 1. Graat of Easemeat. Grantor hereby conveys to Grantee, its respective successors and assigns, a non-exclusive easement to enter the Burdened Property for Grantee's use of the truck scale located on the Burdened Property.
