<br /> 3.1 During the li fet i.me of� ti« GRAN101�S, ehe TRUSTEE ahall
<br /> pay Co �he GRANTORS, ir, a�c ledst quarterly annual installmenta,
<br /> all of the net income of the truet estate. In addition to the
<br /> payment of the net income of the tcust estate to the GRANTORS,
<br /> the TRUSTEE may, in the TRUSTEE's absolute discretion, pay to
<br /> or on behalf of the �RANTORS whatever amounts of pr�ncfpal of
<br /> the trust estate the TRUSTEE determines necessary, from time to
<br /> time, for the reasonable care, support, maintenanae and health `
<br /> o f the GRA�iTORS.
<br /> 3.2 Upon the death of the last of the GRANTORS the
<br /> SUGCESSOR TRUSTEE, hereinafter named, is to pay and diatribute
<br /> the undistributed income and principal of the trust, aftar
<br /> deducting trust administration expenses, as follows:

<br /> t�� paid to Frieda Sinnard, sister of Cecilia H. Scott, one of the

<br /> paid to Donna Lee Morrow, niece of (:ecilia H. Scott, one o� the
<br /> GRl,NTORS, if she survives the last of the GRANTORS to �ie,
<br /> �i (c) One—Third (1/3) of the residuary truet estate is to be
<br /> �� , p�id and distributed to Lorette Wiese, if aho survives the last
