<br /> REVOCABI,� LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT
<br /> Revocable Living Trust Agreement made April 24 ,
<br /> 1992, between Evsrett R. Scott and Cecilia H. Scott, husband
<br /> and wife, the GRANTORS, and Everett R. Saott and Cecilia H.
<br /> Scott, the CO-TRUSTEES. Reference to the "TRUSTEE" in thia
<br /> agreement, and any �mendment to this agreement, and in any
<br /> writing, conveying, transferring or assigning property to the
<br /> Trust created by this agreement, shall be deemed a reference to
<br /> whomever is s�rving as CO-TRUSTEES, TRUSTEE, or SUCCESSOR

<br /> Trust are Everett R. Scott and Cecilia H. Scott, husband and
<br /> wifo. The secondary beneficiaries of thia Truat are i,orecca
<br /> Wiese, Gaylene VonHousen, and Connie Neville. The damicile of
<br /> GRANTORS is Hall County, Nebraska. The effective date of thie
<br /> Trust shall be the date of execution of this Revocable Living
<br /> Trust Agreement.
<br /> 2. TRUST PROPERTY. GRANTORS acknowledge they have
<br /> =� trbnsferred to the TRUSTEE, without consideration, the sum of
<br /> ' ONE HUND�tED DOLLARS ($100.Q0) which was the original corpus of
<br /> • • the Trust. GRANTURS intend to transfer and deliver to the
