Juan Garcia, Ana Paxtle and Plaintiff have entered into an agreement wherein the prior Deed of Trust, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is to be revived and reinstated, thereby giving fuil force and effect to all terms, rights, and obligations set forth in and arising out of the Deed of Trust. Accordingly, the Court finds that the Joint Motions and Stipulations for Entry of Judgment should be sustained and that Judgment should be entered as described in greater detail below. IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDG�D AND DECREED by the Court that all terms, rights, and obligations set forth in or arising out of the Promissory Note between Plaintiff Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor by merger to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage; Inc., and Defendants Juan I. Garcia and Ana Paxtle aze reaffirmed and are hereby declared to be continuing and in full force and effect. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the Deed of Trust, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", between Plaintiff Wells Fazgo Bank, N.A., successor by merger to Wells Fazgo Home Mortgage, Inc., and Defenctants Juan� I. Garcia and Ana Paxtle, is kereby revived and reinstated, and all terms, rights, and obligations set forth in and arising out of the Deed of Trust are hereby declazed to be continuing and in full force and effect, and Defendant Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. is hereby restored to its status as beneficiary as nominee for Plaintiff Wells Faxgo Bank, N.A., successor by merger to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., and its successors and assigns, witlr respect to the Deed of Trust attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
