<br />Event of Default. The words "Event of Default" mean any of the events of default set forth in this Deed of Trust in
<br />the events of default section of this Deed of Trust.
<br />Existing Indabtadness. The words "Existing Indebtedness" mean the indebtedness described in the Existing Liens
<br />provision of this Deed of Trust.
<br />Hazardous Substances. The words "Hezardous Substences" mean materials that, because of their quantity,
<br />concentration or physical, chemical or infectious characteristics, may cause or pose a present or potential hazerd
<br />to humen health or the environment when improperly used, t�eated, stored, disposed of, generated, manufectured,
<br />transported or otherwise handled. The words "Hazardous Substances" are used in their very broedest sense and
<br />include without limitation any and all hazerdous or toxic substences, materials or waste es deflned by or listed
<br />under the Environmentel Laws. The term "Hazerdous Substances" also includes, without Iimitation, petroleum and
<br />petroleum by-products or any frection thereof end esbestos.
<br />Improvemer�ta. The word "Improvementa" means all existing end future improvements, buildings, structures,
<br />mobile homes affixed on the Real Property, facilities, additions, replacements and other construction on the Real
<br />Property.
<br />Indebtedness. The word "Indebtedneas" means all principsl, interest, and other emounts, costa end expenses
<br />payeble under the Note or Releted Documents, together with all�renawrala.nf:��ctensions of, modifications of,
<br />consolidations of and substitutions for the Note or Related Documenta end �any-emoyn�s„��C��nded`o�' advenced by
<br />Lender to discharge Trustor's obligetions or expenses incurFed by Trustee .or-��ender to enfo� Trustor's
<br />obligations under this Deed of Trust, together with interest ons,'suCh amounts as provided•in this Deed of Trust.
<br />Specificelly, without limitation, Indebtedness includes the future edvanb�s"`�et"i�rth°�rt#�e Future Advances
<br />provision of this Deed of Trust, together with all interest thereon.
<br />Lender. The word "Lender" means Five Points Bank, its successors and assigns. The words "successors or
<br />assigns" mean any person or company that ecquires eny interest in the Note.
<br />Note. The word "Note" means the promissory note dated July 9, 2012 in the original principal amount of
<br />S 130,312 from Trustor to Lender, together with all renewels of, extensions of, modificetions of,
<br />refinancings of, consolidations of, end substitutions for the promissory note or agreement.
<br />Personal Property. The words "Personal Property" mean all equipment, fiutures, and other erticles ot personel
<br />property now or hereafter owned by Trustor, end now or hereafter attached or effixed to the Real Property;
<br />together with all accessions, parts, and edditions to, all replacementa of, and all substitutions for, eny of such
<br />property; end togethe� with all proceeds (including without Umitation all insurance proceeds and refunds of
<br />premiums? from eny sale or other dispoaition of the Property.
<br />Property. The word "Property" means collectivety the Real Property and the Personal Property.
<br />Real Proparty. The words "Real Property" mean the real property, interests and rights, as further described ln this
<br />Deed of Trust.
<br />Related Documerrts. The wards "Related Documenta" mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loen
<br />egreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security egreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security
<br />deeds, collateral mortgeges, end ell other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter
<br />existing, executed in connection with the Indebtedness.
<br />Rents. The word "Rents" means all present and future rents, revenues, income, issues, royalties, profits, and
<br />other benefits derived from the Property.
<br />Trustee. The word "Trustee" means Five Points Benk, whose address is P.O Box 1607, Grand Island, NE
<br />68802-1507 and any substitute or auccessor trustees.
<br />Trustor. The word "Trustor" means ROGER A CLINE and ELIZABETH E CLINE.
<br />EACH TRUSTOR ACKNOWLEDGES HAVING READ ALL THE PROVISIONS OF THIS DEED OF TRUST, AND EACH
<br />TRUSTOR AGREES TO ITS TERMS.
