Capital Ave., Grand Island, NE 68803. <br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Trustor irYevocably transfers, conveys and assigns to <br />Trustee, IN TRUST, WITH POWER OF SALE, fox the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and <br />subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the Yeal pYOperty located in the County of <br />Hall, State of NebYaska, and legally described as follows (the "Property"): <br />Lot One (1), Imperial Village Second Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />TOGETHER WITH, all xents, easements, appurtena.nces, hereditaments, interests in adjoining <br />roads, streets and alleys, improvements and buildings of any kind situated thereon and all personal <br />property that may be or hereaftex become an integxal part of such buildings and improvements, all cxops <br />raised thereon, and all water rights. <br />The Property and the entire estate and intexest conveped to the Trustee are referred to collectively <br />as the "Trust Estate". <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECURING: <br />a. Payment of indebtedness in the total principal amount of $114,000.00, with inteYest thereon at the <br />rate of 1.07% per annum, as evidenced by that certain promissory note of even date (the "Note"), <br />executed by Trustor, which has been delivered and is payable to the oxder of Beneficiary, a.nd which by <br />this xefexence is hereby ma.de a part hereof, and anp and all modifications, extensions and renewals <br />thereof, and <br />b. Payment of all sums advanced by Beneficiary to protect the Trust Estate, with interest thereon at <br />the rate of Fourteen Percent (14%) per annum, and <br />c. 'I'he performance of TYUStor's covenants and agreements. <br />d. Pre�ayment There shall be no penalty to the Bupexs for pYepayment of principal amounts. This <br />shall not excuse the Buyers fxom making the next xegulax scheduled payment. <br />This Deed of Trust, the Note, and any other instrument given to evidence or further secuxe the <br />payment and performance of a.ny obligation secuxed hereby axe referred to collectively as the "Loan <br />Instruments". <br />TO PROTECT THE SECURITY OF THIS DEED OF TRUST: <br />1. PAYMENT OF INDEBTEDNESS.
