2�1205563 <br />12. To Execute Deeds, Bills, Notes, Etc. For all or any of the purposes of <br />these presents, to enter into and sign, seal, execute, acknowledge and deliver any contracts, deeds <br />or other instruments whatsoever, and to draw, accept, make, endorse, discou.nt or otherwise deal <br />with any bills of exchange, checks, promissory notes or other commercial or mercantile <br />instruments. <br />13. To Execute Tax Returns and Other pocuments. To execute on my behalf <br />any state or federal t� returns, schedules and/or other documents of any nature as may be <br />appropriate or required by state or federal taxing authorities. This power specifically includes, <br />without limitation, the power to execute Internal Revenue Service Form 2848, or any other <br />Power of Attorney form provided by any taxing authority, on my behalf. <br />14. To Vote Stock. To vote, in person or by proxy, all shares of common <br />stock owned by me in any corporation, at the election of directors of such corporation, or on any <br />and all other matters which may require a vote of the shareholders of such corporation. <br />15. To Sign M,y Name. To sign my name to any document, instrument or <br />paper, including, but not limited to, those pertaining to my health, accident, hospitalization, <br />disability, Medicare, life insurance and Social Security benefits. <br />16. To Sell Any Motor Vehicle. To sell any motor vehicle owned by me and <br />to execute in my name all transfers of title thereto. <br />17. To Acquire Information. To receive from any person or organization any <br />information relating to my affairs or my property. I hereby authorize and direct such person or <br />organization to release such information to my attorney as if I had personally requested the same. <br />18. To Open Safe Deposit Box. To open and add to or remove any contents of <br />any safe deposit box controlled by me. <br />19. To Purchase Treasury Bonds. To purchase for me United Staxes Treasury <br />Bonds which are redeemable at par in payment of federal estate taxes and to borrow money <br />specifically to enable the purchase of such bonds. <br />20. To Authorize Medical Treatment To make health care decisions for me, <br />and to give consent for such medical treatment to be performed on me as my attorney, based on <br />medical advice, should determine in good faith, to be necessary and for my well-being or to <br />withhold such consent, and to arrange for my care at any hospital, nursing home, health center, <br />convalescent home, retirement home, or similar institution. I specifically refuse to place any <br />restrictions or limitations on my attorney, or to give any instructions to my attorney concerning <br />any such health care decisions or medical treatment for me (including but not limited to <br />instructions for the administration of life-sustaining, or artificially administered nutrition and/or <br />hydration treatment), and I specifically authorize my attorney to consent to the withholding or <br />withdrawal of life sustaining procedures or artificially administered nutrition or hydration for me, <br />as my attorney sees fit. I have complete confidence in my attorney, and hereby ratify, adopt and <br />approve a11 of my attorney's decisions concerning any such medical treatment, or non-treatment <br />for me.
