201205251 <br />fN} "Mortgage Insurance" means insurance pmtecting Lender against the no�ayment of, or default on, the <br />Loan. <br />(0) "Periodic Payment" means the regularly scheduled amount due for (i) principal and intezest under fhe <br />Note, plus (ii) any amounts under Section 3 of this Seeurity Instrument. <br />(P1 "RE&PA" means the Real Estate SettlementProcedures Act (12 U.S.C.
