<br />WHEREAS, a Peti�ion has i�een filed herein, �e purpose and prayer off
<br />which is to secure a dissolution of the marriage between tlie parties; and,
<br />WHEREAS, �e parties hereto, not as an inducemen� to a disaolu�i.on of �eir
<br />�narriage, but ffor �►e purpose of adjuating and deterrnining �dieir r�pective property
<br />rights, wish to enter into a written Proper�y Settlement Agreement.
